The Project consists of a new eight-story mixed-use building with a single-story basement, with five levels of wood (Type IIIA) construction over a three-story concrete podium (Type IA). The design features a c. 1,500 SF outdoor/pool deck at Level 2 including a c. 425 SF pool.
